Pinos 1 is located close to the clubhouse and adjacent to the 11th fairway. The resort includes clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, driving/practice range, gym, golf academy. The villa has all the things you need to make it your home from home in the sun! The semi-private pool is shared with 5 other properties and is situated parallel to the Villa. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa has One Double Room, One Twin Room and a Sleeper Sofa. There is also a shared pool and large decking area at ground level pine trees for some shade in July and August, with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in and relax with a glass of local wine or cava - the local supermarkets stock a good selection of locally made wines. Good fresh fish counter at the local supermarket.

The comfortable lounge is tastefully furnished and contains a wood burning stove, TV and full length doors leading out to the patio. What better way to relax after a game of Golf or a day at the beach.

The large kitchen, on the ground floor, is fully fitted with ample kitchen units, corian work surfaces, cupboards, Stainless Steel Bosch appliances including microwave, full size double oven, separate ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full set of cutlery, crockery and glasses and much more.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One Double and One Twin with Ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath with shower over), and a terrace off one of the bedrooms giving a view over the 11th Fairway. Both bedrooms include built-in wardrobes.
